You can definitely count me among your satisfied customers, and you are quite welcome to quote me in web based or printed material.  Once I have some equity built up, I might want to ask you some stuff about the whole rental property gig, as I have a few friends renting properties that might be coming up for sale.

Well it's been a few months, and I must say the condo is working out quite nicely.  Proximity to the MAX has worked like a charm, and I am consuming about  1 tank of gas per month.  Cycle commuting to both Hillsboro and PDX is quite  easy and holding both jobs down is proving to be a viable (albeit taxing) way of  life right now.

I noticed that Adam has already moved to a new bank, just wondering if you were still in the same neck of the woods.  I also wanted to take the time to say thanks, now that stuff here is settled.  My first homebuying experience went as smoothly as I could have hoped, and I am really enjoying being a homeowner at last.
